Unauthauthorised misuse of another SS players account.
I would like to have clarified by an admin/moderator if UNAUTHOURISED misuse of another players SS account to ciurcumvent PvP rules is exploiting? ; therefore punishible by a ban.
No names are being mentioned, but please vote as to whether you think this is allowed tactics to allow you to lower other teams shields on bases.
Or you feel like myself that it is exploiting pure and simple.
Please vote, thankyou

I think it depends on the circumstances.

Im not sure what exactly you mean by this. If you give your password to someone else I would say he is allowed to do what he wants with it, admins cant ban anyone for that.

I dont think it's exploiting, all I think is that it's wrong, I would NEVER drop shields on Voom's bases, or even Calys for that matter, it's just not cricket ^^

Tossing the shields on someones base is part of the game piracy or anything like it

In both cases the owner may have been a fool to make the items available but theft MUST be punished. its a game if u get tricked in to giveing some on ur pass it ur own falt

Sorry, but inu455 has a VERY Valid point.
SS is NOT like real life, and banning someone for *Recieving* someone elses password and *Stealing* their base...thats just retarded.

Llessur, problem is proving someone actually stole the password.
Never give out your password, not to ANYONE. Only invite people you trust to your team or atleast only make the people you trust operator or higher.

I don't fully understand the question... Can you without names tell exactly what happened?

What your asking is --- if you give someone your account name and password, and they use that to achieve their own ends, is that considered an exploit. The answer is no. When you give someone your account name and password, you legally give them permission to do whatever they want. You can make them promise not to do something, but they still can do whatever they want regardless of the promise. What your poll SOUNDS LIKE, is that someone hacked your account. That is not an exploit, that is hacking, which is a legally punishable offense. I personally believe that the people who voted "yes" thought this is what you meant. Don't make your polls misleading in order to gain better results in your favor.

What ThE GoD LiKe OnE said.
Also, earn your trust back? If you ever trust him again you're a fool.

Actually legally if you give someone your password you dont necercerily give them permission to empty your bank account
Personally I know my brothers pass and he knows/could guess mine but its never a problem as I dont mess with his accounts and he doesnt mess with mine. Thats normal famil behaviour, if you cant trust your own family well your screwed anyway...
