No, it says if your rate of fire is faster than the server frame rate, not 10/s. Server could hit a lag spike during a save, and run at say 7.5 frames/s instead of 10, in that case, you'd get multiple projectiles created because your rate of fire would be over 7.5/s. You are still limited to the hard coded RoF cap of 10/s, that's been in for years.

mission bug that appeared with the patch is now fixed live.
ai that normally have high rof ending up with slow rof is fixed as well but require a server restart which is set to happen in a few hours.

Map loading super slowly still hasn't been fixed yet I take it? Same with /ap'ing to sol from Mausoleum and it taking you into undead calypso?
