Why do people confuse PvP and war-actions?

Thats what Star Sonata has come to. If you want to PvP someone, you PvP them, they will cry to there team if they lose, saying you pirated them, and it all starts from there.

There is only one system with PvPing:
1) Decide to go out and PvP
2) Screw up
3) PvP people with friends
4) Screw up
5) Make a team of PvPers
6) Screw up
7) Every team in the game wars you
8) Everyone hates you and you cannot get out of it
9) Bases of those teams are put up all over the place to stop you from PvPing
10) Quit the game.

OR ..

1) PvP on your own.
2) Kill everyones scoutships, pods and freighters and get LOTS of moneys
3) Lay bases in their galaxies and BvB them, then cap, dock, remove goodies and repeat.
4) Get back up when you die (unless there are 2 prawns 2 pos waves 2 ShM's 1 AWC and a seer knocking about) in which case it would be stupid.
5) benefit from being an utter annoyance.
6) Die on the odd occasion and lose a whole 100k credits.
7) The threat of 'fortifying all galaxies to stop you' is put forward but never happens because it's funny how one player could force a team to do this.
8) Brag when on the odd occasion you win. Other teams admire you.
9) Take all the abuse you get because it's just a game and really, if you get killed it's not a big deal when the ratio of death:kills is rather one sided.
10) No need to quit the game it is rather productive.

7) The threat of 'fortifying all galaxies to stop you' is put forward but never happens because it's funny how one player could force a team to do this. Have you forgotten that most people in this game do exactly what one person tells them to do, out of fear of losing bases?
8) Brag when on the odd occasion you win. Other teams admire you. I haven't seen much evidence in that.
9) Take all the abuse you get because it's just a game and really, if you get killed it's not a big deal when the ratio of death:kills is rather one sided. According to some people (they know who they are and they will deny it), its more than just a game. its their life.

That doesn't change anything at all. T16 kits can be pretty strong on their own + It was a base under their flag and it was blown to pieces.
