 Paxian ships. Paxian Battle Cruiser, T21 capital ship. Extracted from Paxian ruins as an UPGRADE ITEM. A 3 slot Capital ship as a more or less upgrade to the PBF. You will need to already have a PBF built from Mother's bp before getting a PBCr.
Paxian Battle Corvette, T18 capital ship. Extracted from Paxian ruins like Selens. 3 aug slots. Relatively poor resists, decent hull(actually better than a PBF's hull).
Both using the PBF model and texture, just smaller and larger sizes.

And class locking is necessary if you want to balance something specifically for one class without making a broken weapon that other classes can abuse.

^ Just talking about the second post.
The first one... An upgrade for the Paxian Battle Frigate... eh... I'd like to see that, but not at T21.
The rest... I remain unconvinced about, but it doesn't really bother me, I guess, doesn't specify it as a class locked ship, just a ship that I'm not convinced is needed.

Paxian Battle Cruiser suggestion is a T21 ship.
Paxian Battle Frigate+ would be T20, but the sheer amount of Plus ships is staggering. It's looks boring when every upgrade is Plus Plus Plus. Want to advance a higher rank, son? You can work for Private+, Private++, or Private+++ of the US Army. The army not your thing? What about Pilot+, Pilot++, or Pilot+++ of the USAF?
