Obtained from using the upgrade item on a Testudo, the ST would be a T20 Engineering Freighter following the Turtle/Tortoise lines of a heavy duty combat freighter with a rock solid defense, but more limited offense ability.

Note: a second upgrade item would turn it into a Heavy Snapping Turtle, the T21 version.

Uses the Turtle/OSTort/Tortoise texture and model, just bigger than OS Tort.

Special Items:
1. Turtle Shell (Overloader)
2. Rock Solid (+Resist to allies and allied drones Aura)

The basic 3 augs, 1-5 weapons, relatively slow, heavy resists with a slight weakness towards mining, some inbuilt elect, shield bonus.


Why? Alternatives Alternatives. Also a ship line to link T19 to T21. The HST is intended as an entry level Engineering ship for T21, since there are none. The Levitas is too expensive and too rare for being considered "entry level".

I originally wanted to call the T21 version an alligator ST, as those things get damned big around where I live.

But then, that'd detract from my Serengeti Layer suggestion, which already has an "Alligator-like" ship.

I honestly want things other than animals and such. I would prefer kalathi avenger for a new t21 ship
