Make the debuff based on your DPH. Make the debuff start at maybe 10% with your base DPH. That debuff increases your DPH slightly and therefore the debuff increases. Sorta like sniper analysis, but you have to keep firing. make it hard capped at some point based on your Destruction skill level. like 50% or something, I mean you have to work for it.
