Post Capital Annihilation Laser
Basically a heavy version of ACAL. Meant for Gunners who want some oomph from their weapons.

Costs 1 ACAL + Ada Damage Mod and misc commods, or 2 ACAL's and misc commods. Gunner locked and Capship locked

T20, about 300 size each, with 500 range and a whopping ~1,500 elec per second with a recoil of 3 seconds with damage per hit fit around these stats.

Why is this needed? Gunner augs give elec temp and elec charge. Gunners simply wind up with tons of elec and nothing to use it on. Not only that, but mining weapons fail in general.

Sounds excellent, if you have the power for it, why not have more ability to use it?

Non endgame players spend the majority of their gameplay in T20. Although I suppose a T21 version would be cool as well .

well its the t21 verison.. as the tier gets higher it loses range by 25. It also has 1.5k energy usage like u wanted.

It has 794 eps, not 1.5k.

Saying there is a t21 wep that is similar is irrelevant. Its not all about the major teams that have t21 skills, its less common than you think.

Besides, people dont become endgame, just to join a class.

Not to mention that its extremely hard to get t21 runs for a gunner. But mission chains are on the way I guess.

Basically, I think the idea is 2 T21 CapLasers. You could go for the more sustainable support oriented gun, the Drill. Or you could go for one that actually hurts but is a bitch to power if you kicked ROF up.
