Slaves will NOT be refunded due to space-shipping unless there is clear proof that it was a bug and you were unable to remove them from stasis and get them to dock. No exceptions.

Refunds will not be given if you built in wild space and your galaxy dies due to AI or Players.

If you're submitting a new support ticket please try not respond again after you've made your first post, until an admin/support rep has responded. It changes the status from New Ticket to Waiting for a Reply which is the same tag for whenever we've already responded to a customer. We do check all tickets, but you may not get as quick of a response to it if you respond to your newly made ticket.

In response to several tickets and questions about name changes & mutes I thought I would clarify some items.
1. Name changes are private and it is up to the person who got their name changed if they want to tell people. A name change will never under any circumstances be disclosed to the playerbase and the moderators.
2. Mutes and Bans are also a private matter and it is up to the person who got muted/banned if they want to inform others. If you report someone via a ticket please be assured that I will investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible, but I will not be able to inform you of the outcome.
Edit: Name changes are not to be used for the purposes of getting away with scams. If we feel that people are changing their name for the purpose of scamming, then we reserve the right to tell whatever players about that we want. In general, we're not really looking to do this, so this is more for egregious and obvious cases. - Jeff

Drones are a consumable item. As such we cannot refund drones unless they were lost due to a verifiable & reproducible bug. We cannot verify client crashes and as such drones cannot be refunded due to client crashes.

This is just a friendly reminder: Slaves spaceship after leaving them unattended and stasised for a certain amount of time. We cannot refund spaceshipped slaves as it is an in game mechanic that is part of the game.

Please note: Item Forms, Aug Resets, and Name Changes can take up to a week to process.
Responding to your ticket after the initial post can increase processing time. Only respond if you've submitted your ticket and it's gone 7 days without a response. That usually means something might be amiss.
