But I thought I saw my ships graphics in content-ships or w.e. it is. So is it just the upgrade thats not working? _________________

Re: Discussion of February 1st Patch you can change to a Nvidia graphics card by going to Nvidia control panel, manage 3d settings, finding SS in the dropdown list and saying it has to run it with the Nvidia GPU

Re: Discussion of February 1st Patch you could also reinstall ss from the full installer (so that its in a folder that doesnt need admin rights to run in). The patchbot is supposed to give your user permissions to edit the folder, but it doesnt work on every system, hence why the client default install is user/appdata/roaming and not program files.

Re: Discussion of February 1st Patch You can still easily update your drivers. I'm running XP on a Mac and the Nvidia site worked for me.
