 Can I be a Moderator?I'm serious, I don't think the chat's are moderated enough. And I stay on SS for a long while, so I could find people that don't go by the rules.

If it were left to the community to vote I'd say no, for the simple fact that you didn't bother to notice the stickied topic about this very thing.
