Nah, if I'm understanding him right it's an old old bug.

The first base on a planet to sell a commodity is the only base the col will buy/sell to after it's established unless he has a couple ticks with no transactions. Cols are not smart enough to pick and chose so the first base becomes dominant per respective commodity.


This is how it was in the past. Now the colo just looks for the best bang for its buck.

His problem was immediately fixed once he stopped the other base from selling at the lower rate to the colony.
