Base to Colony price doesn't change
I have a base selling Baobabs to my colony. I originally set the sell price at 200/ea and then raised it to 1000/ea. The colony continues to pay only 200 for the Baobabs. So far this has cost me about 3,000,000,000 credits and I'm P.O.ed.

Re: Base to Colony price doesn't change
you're supposed to start the price high then walk it down. stop selling it any any and the price will return to its original.

Re: Base to Colony price doesn't change
As topbuzz said. If the price can go as high as 1000 each, but you set it at 800, then it will stay at 800 until you stop selling baobabs over a long time. After some time, the price will slowly increase towards 1000 again.

Re: Base to Colony price doesn't change
was worse in his case cos he set it to 200, that will take longer to return than from 800.

Yeah. This is going to cost him way more than 3,000,000,000 for sure

Re: Base to Colony price doesn't change
you guys are missing the point. No Baobabs should be sold to the colony for less than the sell price I set. If the colony doesn't like the price it shouldn't buy any... instead the base continues to sell for 200!

Re: Base to Colony price doesn't change
just cos it says on the colony tab 200, dont mean it bought any... are you seeing it in the base log?

Re: Base to Colony price doesn't change
I recently had a base trying to buy peasants for 5 credits below the colony price, and the colony did not sell me any peasants. And I don't think the colony will buy it for lower than the price you set as well, but I can be wrong. If you are sure in your case, and you have double checked, then send in a ticket and attach some screenshots then the Dev Team can try reproduce the bug and then fix it.

Re: Base to Colony price doesn't change
colony has been buying over 36K per tick at 200 even tho I have min sale set to ERMAN informed me that the colonies will buy from any base on the colony planet. I had an EE base set up as a depot base.

Re: Base to Colony price doesn't change
So, you have more than the one colony base on the planet, is that what you are trying to say? If so, you might experience this bug if you have several bases on the planet with different setup trade bays.

Re: Base to Colony price doesn't change
ah you had another base on the planet selling for 200, this is no bug then they are simply choosing the cheapest shop on the planet

The first base on a planet to sell a commodity is the only base the col will buy/sell to after it's established unless he has a couple ticks with no transactions. Cols are not smart enough to pick and chose so the first base becomes dominant per respective commodity.
