 Equipping Base BPs i cannot equip a BP in my base.
in this case, starter colony BP wont equip.
i get the message "you cannot use starter colony BP in your ship while docked".
The BP is on the base. Alt that owns the base is trying to equip, and still cannot equip.

You CAN equip... but...
you cannot right-click - use.
you have to rightclick -> info -> then click use on the info popup.
