The start-up menu and my ingame graphics menu refuse to make any of the changes I specify. I tell it to do a certain resolution and it still does my max. I say use Hardware cursor and it uses the slow shitty SS one. I tell it to go Low and it might do Medium or no HQ and it does HQ. If I make the change in game I am told to restart, when I restart I end up right where I was to begin with.

Honestly, I just want to do my own damn settings.

Cannot even play like this. I am trying to find the best setting that both allow me full control along with graphics I can actually distinguish at any distance and cannot even decide my own settings.

My computer can very easily run Very High with HQ on 1 client but I have so far been unable to even start the second client on the same settings. I can get 2 running but soon as I try to sync their settings I get stonewalled by the options menu refusing to help out. I just want to be able to play with semi graphics well being able to distinguish ships/run my map which seems to be incredibly difficult and not working 50% of the time.

There is 0 lag, just no cooperation.
