They were made uncappable a few years ago due to resist exploits iirc.

If they're capturable, it's not because of Caly's Presence. It was specifically stated that those auras don't help capturing anymore.

They are fine as RadEx slaves since you cannot dock them to change gear or Add a Stasis gen. Pretty sure this has been around for quite awhile, just no one really put much effort in trying to get many of them.
