 Ennervation CylinderTech 21, like a LC except with 4 higher speed projectiles, but looks like a LC. Surgical damage, obviously. BP drop from a higher level super-rosemary that is level 1600-1800. Side effect of minor drain in your enemies energy.

Re: Ennervation Cylinder Enervation doesn't match the naming scheme, but the weapon sounds ok. There are not too many high-DPS surgical weapons out there.
