Post Fleet Commander Rework
FC's main ships have become nothing more then meat shield for their slaves, I,d like to see some class locked ships with good resists, good hull, capshits so that the commander can dps along with their slaves.

FC here, I disagree. I do so much more than just meatshield with my carrier, if that's all you use your dread for then you're doing it wrong. The main ship is meant to provide support and control for the fleet, slaves are intended as the real DPS.

Get a slow ISP and press submit twice just as you get a lag spike. It isn't that difficult.

i also disagree. my main ship is anything but a meat shield ! XD.


FC main ship is meant to be helping keep the fleet under control, staying alive is an important point indeed, but your not here to be the tank.
I personally consider myself a support fc, which mean, i heal, i tow, i carry spare parts for the fleet (diffs, ol, fuel, drones). The dps is only secondary for my build (some will say my slaves do a great dps, but they dont, they only have a great dpe).

So yea, as yug said, if all your doing with your fc is sitting in your dread and tanking, your doing it wrong (not saying it doesnt work) but there are more "interesting" ways to fight

It's been a while, but I had trade aura slaves, EFBCs MFing, cerbs, that jazz. Aggro management wasn't too bad.
