Venusian Drones and the suggested Insanity Drone would be an awesome cost effective alternative to Armada drones. Perhaps have the BP for the VDrones make a pack of 3 or some such for 1 piece of each type of VGear?

Cost effective drones are a great idea and should be pursued.

Then give mobile variants of each, taking a few hundred million + Shrinkonium + Venusian Motors + the drone that needs converting.

Why would you want a drone using VMag? Pretty much all the other Venusian weapons would be more useful I think.

It stalls engines and its long range, when coupled with good tracking, can easily make it hard for an agile target to get close.

Sounds like you want it for pvp. But it should be a somewhat cheaper version of the armada drones.

venu pulsegun+ laser+ jackhammer or something would make a nice step up from titans (just...) and should probably cost 1b or less. Perhaps 1 of each weapon=5 drones.

Merc could be the next step up. Maybe make it cost a few times more.

We need more drones to go between titan and armada. How do you expect new players to replace over 10B of drones every time they screw up?

Whilst we're at it add some healing drones as well... engineer trans stations and acmes don't quite cut it. Something either AI base cheap or in the 500-1b region would be nice.

That venu drone is exactly what I had in mind, like a cheap, energy version of Armada Inferno Drone.

We could use a lot of new drones, honestly. There are a load of gaps out there that could be filled! Here are some old ideas of mine, anyway;

Heavy Siege Drone

Inbuilt + range modifier to give it the same range as the normal siege drone.

The last class that needs new gear is Engineer -_-

Why not some more drones that can be used by other classes effectively?

- Elec Transference Drone. Costs "x" Shields to drop and fires an energy transference beam thing.

- Flare Drone, costs elec, fires flare gun, has uber vision/detection.

Drones by themselves have just as bad radar as you.
Drones deployed from an engineer have radars that rival bases.
You are not an engineer.
