Being able to scout characters, using a typed function, on a specific account would make trust breakers/scammers think twice before acting since can determine what characters that account has. It would increase the game RP and dissallow people from having internet-filter advantages which I am entirely for.

If a person would want to have the internet-filter advantage they would require to own multiple accounts, which I am sure Jeff would not mind (considering they are not F2Ps).

What would be cool is if this function was an implemented content that would also be a cash sink.

e.g.1 Certain galaxies could have AI 'satellites' which are hired by teams for their use. When someone passes in that galaxy their accounts are then 'scanned' by the satellite and their account information can be purchased by the team who have hired the AI.

e.g.2 Seers can access the Lyceum Archives and purchase account information from the Lyceum Census.

e.g.3 Information is simply bought from central galaxies or any ai base.

e.g.4 A player's ship must be scanned giving this person a dynamic code (changes every time a player logs, docks, whatever is decided). This code must be brought to Lyceum to be analysed by the Lyceum Census.
