Difficult in that as a noob, or just in general, you don't tank nearly as much as other classes of the same level. You have to make sure the AI don't get too close, analyze AI behavior to determine if they'll come on a close enough pass to get to you in time, choose a target that will stay in range, or lure them at you with a fast- shooting weapon with a lot of visibility. Hell, in many Red Wattage rooms with 8 of the buggers, it's a lot harder than any uber I've ever done in that I have to take the trajectories of 8 very fast AI into equation while firing at a target. I like to imagine it as being a submarine commander, you don't want to do anything before you're completely sure of what you're doing and what's happening around you before you actually start shooting. You misunderstand me kind sir. Its not that snipers have no skill, it's that the class doesn't require it as much. There are snipers who I have fought that think outside the box(wex) or are just freakin' amazing(Doman) that are impossible to kill because they apply vast amounts of skill where none is needed. Seriously, try to fight Doman, its the closest a colo party has taken me to rage quitting. Every time you think you're about to kill him he pulls out some sort of instant win card and annihilates you.

There are plenty of skill- less snipers who do nothing but sit and spam spacebar, and are driven purely by credits. Then there are the noobier snipers who actually have to develop skill.
