Mad Scientist respawn time
There is something wrong with the respawn, it has been 45 minutes now. Isn't the respawn time supposed to be 30 minutes?

Nothing wrong with the spawner, most boss spawners have a random spawn time. Sometimes it will spawn in less then 30 min and sometimes it will take longer then 30 min.

Apart from those who are instanced, Mad Scientist is the only one who seems to not be spawning after 30 minutes, he can spawn from 30 minutes - 1 hour, which is extremely annoying and I don't see why it is to be that way. And I must mention, I never, ever had a problem with any ubers apart from Mad Scientist, (and Corrupted Guardian and Emperor which used to be 1,5 hours respawn) spawning after more than 30 minutes before instances were put in.

The spawn time is set to 30 minutes but there's a random interval, because of that MS can respawn at anytime between 15 minutes and 45 minutes.

Been like that for years....The random interval was added a long time ago so it wouldnt be so easy to predict when a uber would spawn and camp it.

I find that a bit pointless now with lockouts etc...
Especially as anyone would just sit there for the extra 15minutes anyways.
