 Serious bug. Read if you are planning to do Mausoleum. After doing Undead Helro, I was going to autopilot home. Typed in /ap "Galaxy" and it autopiloted me into Undead Calypso level.
So make sure you get out of Mausoleum until you type out your autopilot command!
Edit: You need to manually warp out of The Mausoleum in order to autopilot safely.

Re: Serious bug. Read if you are planning to do Mausoleum. Bump. I have now done this 6 times, and this should be fixed. Is it really that hard to make autopiloting from The Mausoleum not autowarp you into Undead Calypso level?

Its a universe problem atm and nothing can be done about it.
