Re: The Mausoleum and Emphatic Mother
Thats all Minor augs lmao.
What are you gonna do? Put 10 Minor Damages? Thats only +26% Damage.

Also, various combinations of minor augs, minor combined, Apollo+, Hestia+, Demeter, Oilheart, Flylet Broodship, Enforcer Scout, and Blue Interceptor could make for some very powerful slaves, even with small gear.

Stacking IS Multiplicative.
At AT25/SLT30, the slave gets about 22% damage boost per Minor Damage aug.

Re: The Mausoleum and Emphatic Mother
Ok, even if its a bit late for my imput, ill throw mine in.
Today was the first time I did mauloseum.
We brought to undead helro 2 lions with mining, 2 shmks in rhinos and a elec dread, the dread ran out of energy and so did our lions when it was at about 75%. We tried using regen for it, but he regened.
We could have probably taken helro out with a little more thought, but the first time we tried it was a fail.
We then got some more people so we had a FC, 2 engineer dreads, 2 rhinos and 2 lions.
We then tried undead caly, was a somewhat boring fight...it took us about 5-8 minutes or so to kill him with MD's...and we got some pretty good loot.
We then tried code, which I thought was a bit...rough. we tried kiting her with MT's and we could dent but code would travel faster then our lions and rhinos...so that was a fail.
All in all I think there was some good thinking with each uber, but they werent very fun and were really bitch...I dont want to sit in helro for 30 minutes while we kill him (or however long it would take..) or sit in code herder and kite for 10 minutes for him to die...
I would suggest for future reference to reduce the shield bank on ubers to make them alot more fun. You dont have to make it small enough for 1 lion to bank it, but 2 lions with bank should be able to take something down.

Re: The Mausoleum and Emphatic Mother
Mauso wasn't meant to be really interesting, it was an emergency dose on new content, lol. Anyway, if it's taking you 30 minutes per boss, you're doing something wrong. I'm in mauso right now, we just killed Voom in 3 or 4 minutes, max.

Re: The Mausoleum and Emphatic Mother
The Mausoleum was kind of rushed out because I wanted to add someone as fast as possible to give players something to do. That's why I kept it very basic. I already have some updates that I will add to make the fights a bit more interesting.

Re: The Mausoleum and Emphatic Mother
unfortunatley once u do the maus and get burnt on a microchip drop then have to turn to your guys who you dragged all way down there to say look u lost a bunch of GG and we can roll on a microchip, its kinda difficult to convice people to go again!
Helro is prolly the worst one to do as he flies all over the place and regens half of the dmg you do on each pass. Its impossible to tractor him. takes ages. The rest are all fun.
I like the place i really do, but you gotta sort that drop table out. The chance to come away with absoluelty nothing is too high....

Re: The Mausoleum and Emphatic Mother
Maus is quite easy tbh u can 3man voomy, helro, calpso without warping in and out for heals. Code herder and jey and probs the hardest due to code's high resist and regen however u cant multi in jey easyily. Helro and calypso in my opionon are the easiest and reli need a beef, espicaally calypso.

If they have to have a reward for EVERY SINGLE RUN, they're pretty much idiots. Heck, i go along on every run i can, not because i think i'll get anything good, but because i think it will help my team a little, and because jey has rubbed off on me, and i have begun to like losing GG. Either way, eventually you will get something good, and whether you get a space oat or a venusian laser in the interim, it doesn't really make a difference.

Re: The Mausoleum and Emphatic Mother
yes that's why I go on the run as a counc, but i cant expect others to be same. Just saying drumming up members to go on a run where u might get nothing at all isnt too hard the first time for the novelty factor, but convincing people to keep going back there isnt.

Re: The Mausoleum and Emphatic Mother
if you want good loot in runs? just dont care about it.. when you just do the uber for fun you will get nice loot. when you do him just for loot you will get none !!

Re: The Mausoleum and Emphatic Mother
Voom & I have chatted about the Mausoleum, and he's highlighted the areas that need attention - specifically, some unique scripts he'd like, some additions to summons and so on. Loot wise, he's still thinking over what's the best solution - since at the moment, they're very farmable.
So, under active discussion, and Voom has the outline down to make the area better - however, on hold until after Olympus, but definitely on the cards for an upgrade.
