I haven't seen any real offers to join hope a few players are willing to post here who really want to join.

its rare that lvl 75-500ish (i assume you have a lvl cap, tho anyway, most lvl 500+ will either join to mess you up, or just pull your leg into thinking they will join (there are always exception, but those are hard to discern), anyway, as i was saying, its rare that lvl 75+ are active on forum.

The best way i found to recruit your initial members is to find people about your lvl that are in no team (kinda common at that lvl), and try to talk with them, eventually leading to doing some dg/ai kill together etc, then inviting them =D. your first members will be what define your team, you gotta choose them carefully
