Welcome to the Obsidian Realm, your presence has been long awaited. ,.-'` Our first actions within the universe is creating a council that has the Courage to protect, Wisdom to keep peace, and Power to overcome all challenges ahead..


The Triad
The Director myself, and two Councilors will be responsible for the future of a generation of Guardians. These Officers of peace will follow the three golden rules, Protect, Keep Peace, and Power the team as a whole. They will put together Hourly DG Runs and Daily Uber Runs with the help of the Triad. They will protect all who are in the Obsidian Enclave, Keep Peace within the Universe and All of our Future Allies, and Strive to bring Power to the Team to Accomplish its Ultimate Goal.*1

The Guardians will watch over new members and advance them once they have completed Initiation. Initiation consists of a trial membership within the team to see if they are right for Obsidian Sky and to get to know them as a person. After a few days Initiates will be welcomed as an official member within the team(Soldier).

Official Members(Soldiers) may want to strive to become a Guardian and they must follow a delicate path. But for some, being a member of Obsidian sky only for protection is still always welcome. As everyone is treated equally in this Democracy. Everyone will have a say in how things are run. The delicate path members must follow to become a Guardian is to Embrace Courage.*2

Once members have Embraced Courage they may be voted in as a Guardian by existing guardians or by the Triad themselves. Three votes are required, and may be affected by negative votes as well. Once they have been voted to become a Guardian, the status they shall be Imbued with.

I would rather not discuss other team politics on this post as there is always two sides to a story, thanks for the posting though guys and I appreciate everyone for checking out my new Team Post!! =p
