anyways Paxian i dont think you should be making another team tbh. youve made tons of teams in the past few months but you end up abandoning them after a few days. just join a team

From what I've read, you don't appear to be leader material. If you've created teams before, that have ended up dissolving, you should completely abandon the notion of starting your own team until you've learnt better leadership skills, etc.

Go join a team, work your way up from there, and when you've gained some experience and maturity, make your own team. In my opinion, teams need an authoritive and learned figure. Its no use having a redneck who still uses candles as your leader when the rest of the world is running on anti-matter; that essentially means you need to be mature before you start one.

He can't even last a day on a good team ether for example : Aidelon booted him within 4 hours of him joining.

Try get out some more, learn some social skills and stuff. Then you can found or join a team without messing it up. Belive it or not, but succeding in MMOs is alot about social skills.
