It is overpowered. -10 Shields, +10 Damage for like 10 seconds. Now, grab NT50 and whats that? -20 Shields, +20 Damage. Thats kinda b0rked when you consider the fact that if you get an SD or an MF with Excoms/Zspits... Re: Tweak rebalancing I have started working on crates for tweaks. After that I will add BPs for the crates and at the same time take a look at the prices for current BPs and change them to make crates instead of single tweaks.
