Post Tweak rebalancing
Im currently working on rebalancing all tweaks. This will in most cases mean a nerf, just a heads up. Should go in with next patch.

The biggest change will be to tweaks that improves energy recharge, rate of fire and damage but most of them have been changed somehow.

Backstabs are only tech 9 so dont expect any uber stats from those. Assassinations are the tech 20 variation of that tweak.

Hmmmm I read this as: we tried to nerf zerkers by hammering solarpanels and the crystalline reserve but that failed so we are just gonna nerf the vapids instead.

Rebalancing the tweaks has been on the list of things to do for a long time. Many of them are really broken.

It should probably be understood that when the new multithreaded server comes out (Jey's been working diligently on it for a while, and its getting close), the ROF limit will be much higher, making some of the tweaks way overpowered.

but backstabs also require dark matter to make :shock:

Backstabs are amazing for their stats. Its not that they are hard to make, its the fact they drop in UZ whereas assasinations and the other variation don't. Trust me, I had hundreds of these things and it was letting me solo knight and stuff, without them I couldn't. Pwnage!

I think Rarity Has a part that Admins need to look at.

Turks and Truffles for instance are very rare now.
