Post UrQa Endgame DG
As it has been said multiple times, I am currently engaged in creating the 'next-step' up from the Serengeti. There has been a lot of positive feedback from the Serengeti, and another zone of this style seems the right way to go. However, it is aging and there have been many new features added since then. Many of which now allow us to do much harder and more immersing boss battles and much more exciting content in general. So, over the next few months as I am working on the new 'Uber Zone' I will make every effort to keep this post updated. I would have you think of it as 'Serengeti v2.0, but there are no Zaphragi involved here, so, let us just call it 'Iq' UrQ'akuq'.

By now, I am sure everyone is wondering the same thing, 'When?' This project has just left the design phase, which means I have only just started actually working on it. It is still quite a ways off. However, I will be doing extensive player testing of the various areas and bosses as they near completion. And, as always, I will update this post frequently with more information and screenshots.

This looks awesome. :shock: Only seen one screenshot and read what you have wrote, but this looks...well, uber. Can't wait till it'll be released. Good job so far.

hmm sounds great :D

maybe after the urqa 'UZ' there could be a paxian 'UZ'! and the urqa and the paxian can have big battles for player entertainment.

From someone who has actually visited that galaxy on the screenshot and more importantly the one right next to it I can say that it looks totally awesome, this is really something to look forward to.

true.. its very hard to balance things..but any item an ai can use to effect on players will be far more powerful in the hands of players..simply because players have brains and can think faster then any super computer. so at some point everything becomes a real problem when it comes to balencing issues.

I have to agree on this. You are also gonna give us more powerful gear with that as you said. Don't be surprised when people start breaking shit again.

Hopefully it will be a bit better balanced then UZ but of course it will get a little easier once people start getting the better gear from it.

How about you just make the gear better usable instead of "MOAR DPS" approach yo got going on right now. Weight/size/dpe, invoke tweaks like primal uz gear. Cause you just finished nerfing MD, no need to add another.

No offense but shouldnt you guys be working on fixing problems instead of starting new things... already UZ seems easy as some people say, wouldnt it be wise to fix that up as much as possible :)
