I made some changes to the site today that should hopefully fix the DB issues. If you log into your account or team info and something is out of place, please let me know by copy/pasting the URL into this thread and describing the problem as best you can.

On the main page, where the news should be, it says "december 31, 1969", and nothing else. WHen I click the view more button, it says the requested topic does not exist.

When I log in I get this message under account status.

"Your account has not yet been activated. Please login into the game to activate your free trial. Once you have done that, your status will be shown here."

Yet i can log in and just payed for 3 months.

Yup I have the same message in the Account Status part aswell, tho I've been P2P for 6/7 months and my account is paid up.

I have the same message as well. Suspect that everyone might have it.

EDIT: Also, when I look at the Team Registry it says I'm not logged in. When I try log in it takes me to the forums. On the forums, I'm already logged in, so when I go back to the team pages (not via the back button, I go back through the main page) it says I'm still not logged into the Team Registry.

I have that problem too...

Also, every team in the registry has no team score.

similar issues, until this morning I was unable to log in to my account, though that seems fixed now, thanks. But SS still isn't recognizing that I've paid my sub, and it's been almost a day. All I can figure is that it's related to the DB changes that have been made while I was away.

I think most of the issues already mentioned have been fixed, though there still seems to be a problem logging into the team registry page.

Somn else is wrong with the Database hal, it wont let me pay for my p2p, it gives me "Important: Read the following message(s). These were generated during the processing of your payment information. You may be required to take further action.

There was a database error during the update of your payment information. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Service at service@starsonata.com." that...

Ok I think I fixed that now, try again and let me know if it works.

i cant log out of the team registry to log into a different account... it goes to the forum and says:

Information

You were not logged out, as the request did not match your session. Please contact the board administrator if you continue to experience problems.

Not sure if it's a website problem, the fact that i'm using IE7 and it's being an ass problem or what but..When I type messages that's beyond the text input box's size and the scroll bar is active. The moment I stop typing it automatically scrolls back up to the top of the box and I'm stuck bewildered at what else I typed. I'm not sure if i'm describing it well, or if it's a web site problem but it's 6:36AM and It's something frustrating I encountered so I'm posting about it somewhere hopefully relevant.

The team ledger should now be fixed, please let me know if anything else is broken.
