Yeah, i haven't listened to it for an absolute age, mainly becauses its ennoying and has no real relavence, the sound effects are crap and commonly repeated, just pointless to listen to.

I like to listen to it at sometimes.

I usually just turn it off and the the sound effects on. Though sometimes, when I don't mind listening to a Borg Hive ship, I turn it on. =P

not to mention that anyone who plays this game at a high level uses vent, so a background music would just make it harder to hear vent.

They are ok, but i keep the sounds off so i can listen to music without the sound of space in the song..

Everyone who gos on runs SHOULD use vent... 90% of the time when someone goes on a run with us, and they arent on vent, they just end up pissing everyone off whos on vent. And I absolutely HATE that damn music... I had it on for about 3 months then I completely turned ss sound off... I have the background music set to 5, I used to like it but it got annoying, this way I hear it but it doesn't bug the hell out of me.
