Jon and I have decided to do a "feature freeze" on the client, so we dont take it too far before having a beta with you guys. This means that once i finish fixing the few bugs that are left and polishing the rough edges, we'll release it as beta (no installer yet, so it might be a bit of a hassle to get running) and see how you guys like it. Once we see the usage stats and such, we can make decisions on what to add, whether we need to improve things and other things from your suggestions. We will also make an installer for you guys so its painless to install and update (as of right now, it takes 3 downloads/installs of required software). When we release, we'll put up a list of features we're going to add so you guys won't have to enumerate every little thing since i think we'll be able to cover most of it, but as always suggestions will be welcome.
That said, we hope to release by mid week next week. No guarantees though (i have a full time job and a life outside of ss
).
