First version of the new skills are up
I have test2 running with the new skills and the skill reset.
To play on test2, you need to use this client instead of the normal one:
http://www.starsonata.com/StarSonata_TestClient.exe. Just drop it into the same place as you currently have Star Sonata.exe and run this new one whenever you connect to test2 and run the old one when you connect to the normal server.
All the skills that have changed get reset when you log in the first time. To get the new skills, you get a mission in Sol that takes you to Lyceum and proceed from there.
Warning: something with the new missions is not playing right with the normal auto-doc skill reset. So I would advise that you do a normal skill reset (which you can now do at the Lyceum) before getting any of the new skills, in order to free up more skill points from glory and the Sen skills, etc.
Some other changes I've made are to the resist and control skills. Instead of all control skills being mutually exclusive from each other, they are now only exclusive with the resist skill of the same damage type. So for each damage type, you can get either control or resist for that type. The cost have been changed to an increasing pooled cost starting at 1, with all the control skills in one pool and all the resists in another.
Also, it doesn't say in the description yet, but I've beefed Zen of Shield to +30 per level and Zen of energy to +40 per level up from +20/+30.
As before, your slaves and fighters all inherit half your class skills, Zen skills, NT skill, control skills, and resist skills.
