Ships will need to be rated judged by their tech level. As a tech 10 ship I'd say that is a pretty good one.

Cool ship, But I'd Use 2 std cap, and 3 Combos for Mine if I made a fighter Liquid.

You shouldn't had gone mf with that setup. That ship is not for mfs and would had pwned if you were Sniper.
