It's easy for anyone who can think to realise that DM was too strong. Im not gonna comment on how it is after the nerf since I havent played on my alt since it was added though.

My main is a DM, but I havent used fatties for a long time before the nerf...I always thought that pickpockets were much more fun

I use arsons and still use minings. Minings are more balanced now and can take the agro off of the arson drones initially due to hitting more quickly, then the blasts from the arsons all hit at the same time and build up the damage. Works nicely.

For all of you people who have been reading the Dev Notes forum thread called "Plan for Drones," take a guess what I voted...
... ... ... ... ... ... ... I voted no. Now why would I do that? The answer is this... I agree that fatties/minings needed a bit of a nerf... What I don't agree with is a drone cap... I'm a fan of balancing, even if it hurts my own ability... I just want to be able to play and go out hunting with all my DM friends... With a drone cap, I can't do that. MFer or snipers or SDs or seers or monkies don't have this problem, why should DMs? |
