 Armada Shipscanner takes 15k elec. Surely this is not intentional?

Re: Armada Shipscanner All scanners got changed.
I'll take a look at it, but tbh ~ the days when you needed a x3 sup invig setup to even scan half a galaxy were much better, imo.

Re: Armada Shipscanner Yeah, the reason I think this is a bug is that the other Armada scanners are much less elec-intensive. I remember a few months ago when all the ExE-locked scanners took a ton of elec and those were scaled back as well. Mind you, this is a shipscanner we are talking about here.
