with 6 BFD"S equipped and charged it will only let you drop 2 at first then as the next one charges you can drop it etc. with the rest. this a bug or part of the charging nurf?

If I'm understanding you right, then it sounds like a bug. I haven't seen this happen myself.

where my pwi needs 20k elec to fire :\

even If I dont have 20k elec it just takes it from me ):

item charging goes off of elect output. say you have a 18k bank energy, the pwi will take 18k, plus 2k from the energy recharging. So, it becomes 18+2=20, then you can use the pwi.

I just wish there was a stat to increase charge rate or reduce charge needed for items/drones.

Im just whining cuz I actually liked not traveling the whole 2.5k
cuz my energy went right back up afterwards

Also tried it on my low lvl DM using MMD's and it does the same thing can only drop 2 drones and wate for others to charge up even though it shows they are all charged before i drop them.

yeh, i can charge up stacks of 4 drones each of three drones, and then spam all three hotkeys, and it only lets me drop 2 of each type before charging.
