I've encountered several instances of it not moving me when activated. I'm fairly certain the item is not supposed to work like this, even when it fails.

I already reported it. Happened to me when I was really heavy (transporting cloud merc) and when I was fighting fire AIs.

The support ticketeer guy couldnt find the cause apparently...

Wrong, I tested your claim about fires and found that it did not stop the PWI from working. If I recall, you never replied with another theory.

Jiraque (and anyone else): please submit a ticket with as many details as possible regarding the bug so we can get to the bottom of it.

Fires do cause pwi to fail, at least im experiencing it quite often.

I just love when devs claim there few tries mean it isn't a bug. Yet, it happens dozens of times a day to different players. Totally our fault.

I'm not particularly interested in your sophistry. At no point did I claim that there is no bug, or suggest that anyone is at fault.

If this bug truly happens dozens of times a day to different players, I am at a loss to explain why only one has submitted a support ticket about it. I do not expect a single player to thoroughly research a bug on the live server, but I do expect players to avail themselves of the support ticket system if they are actually interested in seeing bugs resolved.

We reported about on forums alot and the devs say they understand and wilk try to fix it but nothing.

When being tractored and then using your PWI also seems to screw stuff over bigtime.

I assume it's because SS has had a notorious reputation on Support Tickets. Not as many newer players use warpers; it's mostly older players who feel that Tickets takes weeks before even a hello is said.

Too many people in the past have said (on this forum) that their ticket for whatever reason was not answered in a month, and the rep sticks long after Voomy/Marty/Jeff answers within an hour or two.

I continue to just fail with my gallows robber, not moving in wrong direction, just nothing happens.

Here's the thing, when I see a bounch of bullets flying towards me that will certainly kill me, I try to turn around asap and pwi away and it will ALWAYS cause pwi to fail.
