Hey, noticed him roaming in deep peri space, thought he was for a lowbi mission chain somewhere, might just wanna look into it and keep him in EF w1-0 layer.

Or shove him into an instanced galaxy off Brigand's Stronghold.

Same with the lowbie Starrunner and mister the prefect ai's. Found them in w2/w3.

I think they should roam; we have the mission indicator floaty that pops up when they are in the same gal.

They should just be limited to a DF range. W0-W1.

Which is still a couple hundred galaxies. If a p2p takes a while on speedy alts(engineer travel with AID's or 250+ seer or a SD), I can't imagine what it must feel for a newb to figure out theres a perilous sized zone for them to roam around in.

So make the area even smaller, like 5j from the mission start. I think the roaming part should be kept if at all possible, just make the area big enough for it to be a hunt, but not impossible.
