I was lazy the first time I noticed but today some newbies got angry that there was no pax celest mission once I told them, becuase I did all the missions on 2 chars which are over 1.5k lvl and there is no pax celest mission (checked all 4 bases).

you probably have a celest somewhere in your travel ship and don't realize it ^.^ unless you're dead sure. Don't spread rumors that celest has been taken out that causes ruckus
