Twin Pillars Run at Anchor Point in Deep Space still shows up as available after completing. If you accept it again you do not receive the package to do the mission.

Also, you can keep completing and redoing Deep Space Report here and get infinite Space Reports.

So... you can get the end mission with the augmenter as a reward now? i.e. deliver the 'very suspicious package' and receive the Solo's Special Modifications aug?

(And yes, that's known - it's a by-product of making sure a player can't close off / abort the mission mid stride and lock themselves out of it).

Actually, no. I never received this augmenter so I must have never gotten the package.
