 new glitch i am experiencing since the most recent patch/update, when i login my screen is black completely and theres no ships or anything but i can determine that i do move if i press arrow keys because the little pop ups around the edges move and the titles of ships move also, but i dont get to see anything. please help

Re: new glitch i am experiencing I am having this error as well. I can see the UI and the chat. I can see the Space Station box since I'm docked. I can even undock. I just can't see anything on the game screen except names and flags floating around.
--UPDATE--
The game works again, but only if I play it on the LOWEST graphics setting. It worked fine on Very High graphics on the same computer last night.

Re: new glitch i am experiencing i just did a reinstall and it didnt work, i will system restore and if that doesnt work it may be a patch issue

Update DirectX to 9.0c if you have less, or 10 if you have a capable card.
Run windows update to pick up and update any C++ runtime lib's.
