Post Galaxy Backgrounds changing color
Because it's 1:14am and I am terrible with words this early, I decided to just make a video. Sorry if it's hard to understand, I'm super tired and made it in windows movie maker. :P
I have two bugs in this video one belongs in here, because it's a graphics issue, but the other is a gameplay issue.

the backgrounds are random, imo when the universe is generated it should decide on one so you could say to a partner its the blue galaxy or something and it would kinda make sense that it doesnt change all the time.

I would understand if the galaxy slowly changes color over time, or changes color if it's being invaded by the evil bad guys. It just seems really off that the color of a galaxy changes that often, and that drastic. In my video the galaxy Reef changes from a blue yellow to a purple, and not even in the span of 5 minutes. IMO the color of the galaxy helps identify it. Though, it would be super cool if the color did change slowly over time, or change in relation to in game events.

Those background things are definitely going to be replaced before too long.

We have some RoF fixes that were patched to the c2 server tonight. If you could, please check again with the latest version.

Post Re: Galaxy Backgrounds changing color
The background color of a galaxy will change depending on what galaxy you came from.

For example

In a 3 system universe, Gal A and Gal B both connect to Gal C

If you enter Gal C through Gal A, background is green, always.
If you enter Gal C through Gal B, background is red, always.

Not sure if you guys have clearly defined this bug in this thread, so just pointing it out :/
