As you see from the screen shot every so often you get graphical shield bar on your ship when it's not full. However, it is incorrect and doesnt show the updated one. Which I am at full shields in this screen shot.

Do you know how to reproduce this? "Every so often" is not so useful for actually fixing anything. =)

I am not sure what the timer is, like I don't know how often the "visual" bar pops up. I assumed that that didn't matter and that it just wasn't properly communicating with the real value.

I will try and time it.

Are you saying that it consistently comes up wrong every X number of seconds?

This is a really odd value, happens every 38seconds.

It comes from when I unequpit my shield and then equpit it and allow it to charge to full. Every 38 seconds a bar appears. Once my shields are full in the upper left hand corner I go hurt myself, via the sun, and it then appears accurate on the screen(The pop up box).

I reproduced this several times.

This annoys me. I see it every time I jump a warp a flash of my shield bar. I assumed it was a widely known bug so I haven't mentioned it.
