I think buying the uni map doesn't really work since uni maps can be shared so easily.

Char name changes. That being said they would also need to be publicly posted. My Warhero account has all the chars already made with stuff like Warhero171, Warhero345, Warhero25462456246. Really piss annoying and actually prevents me from leveling them as I dislike the thought of dumping time into such shoddy names.

Lol i've actually had name changes just cause of that very reason XP

What if you made a warping device (the capship one) that can take you and your squad/team within radius to any galaxy marked as warp-to able ie. most peri gals, sol, team HQ, any of your personally owned gals etc.?

Send the SD as an advanced scout. Warp the squad in behind him. I like this idea.

That's a pretty cool idea. Perhaps a temporary drone that acts like a warp beacon. Although we still have the issue of needing to somehow select which galaxy to warp to, which is annoying.

I bet if you could buy the universe map for 15b or so EVERY team would do it, its just good and people on the team would rather give a few bil to buy the map rather than go scout...

For the universe map every uni. Have it start at something like 30b on the first day, and drop in price over time, maybe a bil per day to a low of 1b. Would be a great credit sink and helpful.
