Jeff during the temp uni you should make all zones no pvp. The point of the week is to get people to test out parts f the game that have yet to be tested in c2.Its been made clear now that certain people are going to force pvp on people that makes it hard to do content and help and learn c2 controls being pvped everywere

In order to make sure people build, you could promise to rollback the entire temp uni after its over.

The potential free for all uni war resulting from a no-consequence temp uni will... It will be epic.

We've had a one week uni before, guys. It's not unheard of. In fact, I think it's a great idea. Bugs always show up the first time a big change goes live. Some stuff just doesn't get worked out on test or even in something like the beta that doesn't have full participation. With no disrespect to the dev team, which has worked out a TON of bugs during the beta, I would be VERY surprised if the 1 week uni reset goes off without a hitch. Giving the team a week of live play to fix bugs will go a long way toward making the real first C2 uni a great experience.

Also, I wouldn't be surprised to lean that some content - like olympus - hasn't been tested very thoroughly in the beta. A one week temp uni should help us catch some bugs there. Remember, a lot of bugs require a uni reset to fix. Would you rather have oly bugged for a whole uni? Or have an unannounced reset after only a week or two when people have layed expensive bases with nice augs? Not me. I like the announced short uni.

How do they know the Top 1-4 Players have Olympus ships in C1? As far as I recall, Yarra, who is currently number 4th, does not, and the rest of the players I have not heard of for sure.
