Okay I'll take a minute to clarify some stuff here.
1. For the 3 uber kills we can only track who actually got the kill, not the squad itself. As a result we only know 1 person in the squad, which is why we require the screenshot + account names of those in the squad.

2. We are giving prizes to every member of the squad, but in the event we cannot get in touch with a squad member during this prize distribution week, that member's prize will be given to the person with the record of the kill for them to give to the person. (So unless the person with the kill registered is a jerk, each member of the squad will get a prize).

3. The skin for the top 4 players is actually in the form of an item (much like an upgrade with no additional stat increases). This item is not neurobound and can be sold (or held onto) if the individual does not have an Olympus ship. So if a person is brand new to SS and gets into the top 4 in beta they can sell their epic skin and be pretty well off when SS2 launches =).

No, the 6th character slots will be added automatically by a script to the account used in beta. We can't possibly manually add a character slot by hand to hundreds of accounts, even if there was an interface for us to do so. It will all have to be done with a script and a database query.

That's not a problem for me, but it might be for a lot of people. I reccomend some way of linking accounts together to avoid rage.

Yea I have teamies who used their F2P accounts to play on Beta, they will be screwed out of a 6th slow if you don't do some manual way.

iirc it was made clear that the prices go to the account, so with a bit thinking you could have known you should better use your main account

I don't really get this prize system, is this in referance to the current beta and the players in there or are the prizes only achievable in this one week temp universe?

I have an alt level 150 in the current beta, does that mean I get a 6th character slot?

My opinion: the way the beta was ran was an absolute travesty and the beta was so thoroughly unused at higher levels due to lack of incentive and/or the incentives being revealed too late that the first few weeks WILL be a SHITSTORM of bug reporting for all of us.

More detailed answer to various questions:

The 1 week temp universe is to do some final stress testing and to distribute prizes that people achieved in the beta. A few other devs and myself will be distributing the actual items during that week. We will contact prize winners most likely via forum pm to set up a time when we can drop off the prize. The prizes for 100 and 500 were designed with the idea that it would have to be automated and adding an additional character slot and a space point is easily done since those are account based. Unfortunately the work required to make an automatic system to distribute items to characters is a little bit more involved and as of right now we don't have the time to commit to doing that.

And all prizes will be non-neurobound so if you ended up not using your primary account and you achieve one of these other prizes you can transfer it to your main account if you desire. But we will be distributing the prizes to the accounts that got the achievement in the beta and that cannot be changed.
