Post Star Sonata 2 Nexus
I've been hard at work on the revamped Nexus for Client 2 and I thought a teaser would be appreciated. Here is a vista from the newly revamped Deep Space.

In Star Sonata 2 the Nexus has been entirely retooled. Due to an extremely odd astral occurrence the White Dwarf that once resided at it's center has exploded into a Super-Giant star burning away the old Nexus almost in it's entirety.

I've been working on a bevy of new content to facilitate this idea including two all new starter experiences, one for Pirates Acolytes and one for Earthforce Recruits. Players will be able to choose which path they want to follow through the Nexus upon character creation. Earthforce Recruits will follow the just path and protect the innocent denizens of the Nexus from all manner of threats, pirate and alien, while Pirate Acolytes seek to plunder the riches of this expansive area. Both experiences will take the player to about level 20 and each are comprised of over 50 missions.

Every zone in the Nexus has been revamped for the new Client 2 engine. Players will explore murky, green, Flyswatter infested Dungeons, fight pirates in the gaseous Mutara Nebula, smuggle illegal goods through the black hole laden Rogue's Rendezvous and eventually traverse the edges of the Nexus and Sol as they travel through Deep Space.

This content revamp will lauch with the Star Sonata 2 Beta -- if anyone has any further questions, feel free to ask!

It's still there -- it was added into the Cadet Chain. Missions are rebalanced for a slightly higher level but unchanged otherwise.

This makes me want to make a f2p when C2 starts just to go through Nexus.

I made a mess in my pants when I saw this. So I put some new ones on, but I made a mess in those too.

Awesome.

Can you remove celestial garden and add it to the nexus as well?

EDIT:
On a more technical note, do you use a full/test version of the client to test things like this out, or some sort of prototyper/viewer like the ship viewer app-thingy?

Will we be able to do these missions on our high leveled characters? Doing missions for level 7s is extremely fun at level 2k.

So much win, this thread has.
