Re: Brute Force How about a recon-only solar panel that is very small, but adds decent enough regen (for its size)
like 3 size. i'd say make anti- and regular versions, the anti- one dropping vis, and the regular one increasing energy recharge. Re: Brute Force How about a torp like wep, that is small, very quick with reasonably high dmg. Say DPS around the 2 shot-3 shot. Mediumish range and high tracking.

Re: Brute Force So..., basically, we're looking for things to increase or enhance the mobility of Recon, while on a side note giving more "defensive" items to SD and Seer.
Yugioh's Mini PWI(Rare Drop, common 1 use bp). Recon Panel(solar and anti). My turn: A SD locked surgical pulse gun that has massive dps potential(something like 400-500 base dps), though DPE drops the longer you fire. High proj velocity, but short range. The entire point of is it to keep you constantly jumping around a bit. something that gives only a little distance like 30, but 100 elec and 1 sec cooldown, Description: Micro jumps can almost make it seem like you are going faster... SD locked ofc, tec 20/21 20-30 size .25m weight something that is possible to power, and gives micro umps, heck even make it 0.5 sec cooldown maby, it could have the effect of actually having more speed.
