I like the changes done to the Wattage Blueprint. Maybe also worth mentioning from the Admins side: James Watt has recieved a huge increase in his shield bank.

Re: Wattage - Ship BP IMO since the base gear got nerfed EAAblutives are necessary evil atm that are not such a huge problem cos only thing that it takes away from you is time . Remove ablutives and you will get steamrolled in no time
1:What is a problem is owning gals rules - in short OUTPOST should work as far removed HQ ( maybe cap that you own only 1 at the time and can lay 1 once a week or something )
2: 25 bases per gal - it should be 20+5 or 25+5
3: with cool down effect on grav distrupters defending a gal is easier then ever bf
